dual core skapar problem för externa ljudkort?

Enligt tekniker på mackie så kan det vara så att pga att jag har dual core processor på min laptop så är det den som skapar problem med mitt nyinköpta Tapco Link.usb.

Problemet är att ja inte får nån aktivitet i output-kanalen(använder Cubase SX3 btw).. säger typ "Error setting up audio output pin" eller nåt sånt. Har testat typ alla settings ja kan komma på. E dock inte direkt nån guru när det gäller sånt här så lite hjälp skulle inte skada.

Jag hade samma problem, men jag har inte dual core. Löste det genom att följa instruktionerna i readme-filen.

Please note that on some systems, you may encounter a device error and/or your inputs and outputs may not properly appear when first using the Link.USB in Tracktion. If this should occur on your system, please follow these simple instructions to correct the issue:

- Connect the Link.USB to an open USB port on your computer

- Launch the Tracktion 2 application

- Click on the Settings tab at the top of the Tracktion window

- Click on Audio Devices, then select Direct Sound in the Wave Device pop-up

- Disconnect the USB cable from the Link USB and wait 15 seconds

- Re-connect the USB cable to the Link USB and wait another 15 seconds

- In the Wave Device pop-up, select Tapco Link.USB

- You should now see the Link.USB inputs and outputs listed correctly in the Audio Devices window

fast det gäller andra program också, inte bara tracktion (det räcker lyckligtvis med att göra ovanstående en gång för varje program.)

ok, tackar! lyckas också få till det i Tracktion2 nu. Dock inte i cubase. Vad är motsvarande åtgärder där?
